The material used is "Piano Wire Type A - SWP-A." According to customer requests, the positional relationship between the larger and smaller coils is important. However, it was quite difficult to measure the dimensions accurately with calipers or height gauges. After discussions, we created a positioning jig using two pin gauges of different sizes. By assembling the springs one by one into the jig, we were able to measure and manage the dimensions. There are various requests from customers regarding the dimensions and shapes of the springs.
